Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Non-returnable:

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be deemed as a non-returnable item.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 Business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For defective products:
No Cost in return shipping For defective products (when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way).

For customer remorse:
You will be responsible for paying the Actual cost of return for customer remorse. (when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item).
